Earlier this week, Vivo revealed the existence of the Vivo X23 smartphone, adding this model to its official website.
In parallel, the official presentations, photos, and specifications of the smartphone have also been emerging in recent days.
Today, Vivo has confirmed that it will hold a launch event at 7:30 p.m. on September 6 in Beijing, China, to unveil the Vivo X23 smartphone.
The Vivo X23, which is the successor to Vivo X21, will come equipped with a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen. The official page of the phone revealed a screen-to-body ratio of 91.2%. This device will also integrate a fingerprint sensor on the screen.
Recently, a Vivo phone with model number V1809A believed to be Vivo X23 was located on the Geekbench with Snapdragon 710. The same model also came up in the Master Lu benchmarks with Snapdragon 670 SoC.
There is the possibility that the Vivo X23 is available in two variants, as with Vivo X21.
One variant of the X23 may feature a fingerprint reader on the screen, while another may come with a common biometric sensor and slightly lower specifications.
The Chinese benchmarking platform has confirmed that the monoblock-shaped water drop screen will have a Full HD + resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. This means that it will provide a ratio of 19.5: 9.
The Chinese manufacturer has confirmed that the Vivo X23 is equipped with 8 GB of RAM and has an internal storage of 128 GB.
The other specifications of the Vivo X23 smartphone still need to be confirmed, This device is now available for reservation through Vivo’s official online store in China. Meanwhile, this manufacturer will also present Vivo V11 Pro on September 6th in India.
Similar to Vivo X23, the V11 Pro will also have a monobloc design in the shape of a drop of water. The Chinese manufacturer dubbed the design as Halo FullView Display.
The phone’s other specs include Snapdragon 660 chipset, 3,400mAh battery, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of native storage, dual 12-megapixel camera + 5, and a 25-megapixel front camera.
