The saga of the conflict between TikTok and the United States has continued almost daily. The latest development involves the CEO of ByteDance, in an internal document, stating that the American government, and does not intend to buy TikTok.
Recently, Donald Trump made an ultimatum to TikTok, where he has 45 days to close an acquisition deal with Microsoft. However, the CEO of ByteDance states that the intention is still to ban TikTok completely, suggesting that the sale is a distracting tactic.

It seems that the intention here is to ban the source code of TikTok, but that Microsoft buys it anyway. The US government plans to take possession of TikTok, due to allegations of a national security threat. The most funny thing is that if Microsoft buys TikTok, the US government will have a “slice of the pie”.
“The United States must collect a large percentage of the sale, because we have become the business as possible. Nobody else thought about this business but me, so I believe it is fair “, declares President Trump.
Among accusations of espionage and abuse of data, TikTok is in bad shape. Outside of China, the app is under scrutiny by the United States and India as well. There is no denying that TikTok is a somewhat suspicious app, due to the extreme data collection, even greater than Facebook or Twitter.
