The Oppo F11 Pro will be unveiled on March 5 in India, but little was known about the near-mid-range of the Chinese developer. While its release is still a few days away, a leak has bare its full list of specifications.
Firstly, this model is the direct successor of F9 Pro, released last year. It is a mid-range device, with details that jump in the eye (mainly in the cameras) and where a screen with very reduced margins is expected.
Thus, we can count – according to the leak – with a 6.5-inch LCD screen. Its resolution will be 1080 × 2340 Full HD +. In addition, we have a 90.9% screen capture here. How do you get these numbers? With a front camera with ‘pop up’ system.
The processor is the least strong point of the F11 Pro
The big stain – if we may call it – of this device is its processor. As expected, we will have the Mediatek Helio P70. In a smartphone that seemed so interesting, Oppo can thus erase the painting with one of the most important elements of a device. In terms of memory we will have 6 / 64GB and 6 / 128GB versions.
In the cameras, the F11 Pro seems, indeed, to stand out. Firstly, we have two sensors on the back. The main one will feature 48 megapixels with a f / 1.79 aperture. The secondary sensor will be 5 megapixels with an f / 2.4 aperture. In addition, we will have 16 megapixels and a f / 2.0 aperture in the front camera with a pop up system.
Ultra Night Mode is one of the highlights of F11 Pro
Oppositely, Oppo has admitted to wanting to offer good options in the cameras. It has already announced the ‘Ultra Night’ mode, apparently capable of delivering high-quality photographs in low light conditions.
The specification list is complete with Bluetooth 4.2 and a 4000 mAh battery with fast charging. We will have a smartphone with Android Pie Factory, with Color OS 6.0 running on top. In addition, users can choose between the colors of ‘Thunder Black’ and ‘Aurora Green’.
In short, the specifications revealed do not go far beyond what was already known. The Oppo F11 Pro promises to be an interesting smartphone in terms of the screen and its cameras. Still, we twist our noses when we look at the processor that will equip it. The price should be around 300 euros.
