This was the strategy that Google opted for the launch of the first Pixelbook. This was unveiled in October 2017, precisely in the same event of presentation of Pixel 2.
We have an extremely powerful laptop here, but it will not be ideal for all users. The great thing about this type of equipment is its operating system Chrome OS. This is far from the potential that a Windows 10 can offer its users.
Chrome OS is almost like an Android for computers. That is, an operating system that lives dependent on the applications available to it and that, even so, are still not exactly the same as we have for Android.
Google Pixelbook 2 will continue to be a high-end product
For now, the details of the new Google Pixelbook are still very scarce. However, the staff of XDA Developers recently shared new data that give us some clues as to what to expect from this device.
According to the informed, the new Google Pixelbook will come equipped with an amazing 4K resolution screen. To be true, this computer will offer us a resolution well above many of its main competitors.
The same source also refers to the presence of 8GB of RAM and will be supported by an Intel Kaby Lake processor. This Pixelbook will not support memory expansion via a microSD card. Also, note the presence of a button dedicated to Google Assistant.
This last paragraph includes much more credible specifications for the type of equipment we are talking about. Of course, all this is just rumors and we must wait for more data to gauge its credibility.
This is not the first time we talk about this Google Pixelbook, there is a good deal of hope that it will be presented in October. However, not even your presentation is taken for granted.
