Today, Huawei introduced to the world various equipment. The main ones are the Huawei Mate 20, Huawei Mate 20 Pro, Huawei Mate 20 X that did not arrive alone since they were accompanied by a new smartwatch called Huawei Watch GT.

This device uses its own operating system. This is something we had already revealed in Leak. Thus Huawei Watch GT runs the LiteOS platform from Huawei.

Huawei has not revealed much about LiteOS, but it seems to have all the other features we find on devices like this. So we have the accompaniment of exercises, personalized clock counters, and notifications.

With the Watch GT, Huawei had two goals in mind. To create a smartwatch that looked like a regular watch and had a long battery life. The company says the watch has a 22-hour autonomy on a single charge, with continuous exercise monitoring, GPS, heart rate monitoring and the display turned on all this time.

Most strikingly, Huawei says the watch works for two weeks with a single charge measuring heart rate and 90 minutes of exercise per week.

If you use the watch only for messages and calls with heart rate monitoring and GPS off,  the Huawei Watch GT will have a 30-day battery life. The Watch GT is a very attractive device that offers a classic and elegant design. The chassis is developed in stainless steel with a ceramic frame.

The GT watch is 10.6 mm thick, which makes it very stylish and less bulky than the Samsung Galaxy Watch. It has a 1.39-cm circular AMOLED screen that looked large enough for comfortable interaction on the touchscreen.

Other specifications include an altimeter, which is great for hiking, and a heart rate sensor on the back. The heart rate sensor uses what Huawei calls Truseen 3.0 heart rate verification and uses six LEDs and automatic learning algorithms for more efficient and accurate real-time measurement.

The internal processor uses a dual chipset architecture. One has the low speed for low power consumption and a high-speed chip for more powerful tasks. Artificial intelligence switches between the two cores, depending on the tasks you are performing to conserve battery power or provide more power. It is also worth noting the low consumption mode for sleep activities or other sedentary activities and a normal mode for activities such as swimming, running or walking.
