Apple began selling an updated version of the Beddit Sleep sleep monitor in its online store. This is the first Beddit device to go on sale after Apple bought it.
Apple received permission to sell a new version of the sleep monitor just a couple of days ago.
The Beddit Sleep Monitor 3.5 was not changed much. It’s still a 2mm thick tape that is put under a mattress to track sleep. In terms of structure, the only change is that the new model has become a bit smaller and lighter.
The Beddit Sleep Monitor automatically monitors your sleep and works with the Beddit app on iPhone to understand, control and improve your sleep. The sensor tape is very thin and soft – it is only 2 mm thick, so you will not even notice its presence. With automatic and accurate tracking, you can understand your sleep pattern well. The monitor tracks sleep time, heartbeat, breathing, snoring, as well as room temperature and humidity. If you set personal goals for yourself, Beddit will motivate you to achieve them with notifications, reminders, and reports.
The new model Beddit Sleep Monitor continues to cost $ 149, as the previous one.
Together with the updated monitor, Apple has released a new application Beddit 3.5 on the App Store. The old application also remains in the App Store, but the new monitor will not support it.
Beddit Sleep Monitor supports iPhone 5s and newer with iOS 12 and newer.
