We already know that the next Huawei P20 and its variants will arrive with a new construction. Since the Mate 10, the Chinese brand gives priority to glass as the main building material, however, without much foundation.
Glass has been chosen by smartphone manufacturers in 2018 much for the possibility of charging wirelessly. Samsung, Apple and even Sony have implemented glass in their smartphone to offer us a feature that has gained more followers.
I am obviously talking about charging wirelessly. Not all users are as fascinated by this technology as I am. Many believe that this functionality is nothing more than a gimmick functionality than a mandatory utility.
Huawei P20 should not bring wireless charging
In this respect, I have to disagree. Wireless charging is a great asset to any device. Carrying your device has never been so simple. I’m not saying that introducing a cable is problematic though since I use wireless charging, it’s rare that I’m out of battery power on my smartphone.
You scatter three or four charging Pad’s around the house and you know that whenever it’s there, the device is charging.
Huawei should invest in this technology for its P20, at least if the rumors are right. However, new information indicates that the brand is working on a new technology that will greatly improve functionality.
According to new images, the Chinese brand is working on a wireless charging linking two types of charging, Qi and AirFuel. Reportedly endpoints with this feature will not only load faster but may also carry more than one at a time. One Pad for various equipment.
Apple should have something similar with AirPower, but since it has not yet been released, it remains uncertain whether the technology is identical to that of Huawei.
We will be attentive to the development of this story. If Huawei gives us a glass back, which is theoretically more fragile, it is always good to offer new possibilities. Charging wirelessly is one of them.
